Q1: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For customized PU bags, the MOQ is 100 pieces. For leather bags, it is 50 pieces. We also accept trial orders of 50pcs (PU) or 30pcs (Leather).
Q2: What are the lead times for samples and mass production?
Sample lead time is 7-10 days. Mass production typically takes 25-45 days after all details are confirmed.
Q3: What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram, PayPal, and L/C at sight. A 30% deposit is required upon sample approval, with the balance paid before shipment.
Q4: How are the products packed for shipping?
Each bag is packed in a non-woven bag and a polybag. A standard carton typically contains 25-30 bags.
Q5: What shipping methods are available?
We offer Express door-to-door (DHL, Fedex, UPS, EMS) taking 5-7 working days, as well as Air and Sea shipping options.
Q6: What is your sample policy?
For first-time cooperation, we charge for samples and shipping. The sample fee is fully refundable once a bulk order is placed.
