Q1: How can I place an order?
Provide us with the model size, color, and requirements. We will issue a quotation and Proforma Invoice. After signing the invoice and arranging a 50% deposit via TT, we begin mass production.
Q2: What are the shipping and delivery methods?
We use professional forwarding agencies. Small orders are sent via express (UPS, DHL, Fedex). Large quantities are advised to be shipped by sea based on your requirements.
Q3: Can I customize the bag with my own logo?
Yes, we can put your logo on the products using various methods including metal logos, embossed logos, or print logos.
Q4: What is the sample policy and lead time?
Samples cost approximately USD 20-50 per piece and can be refunded after receiving a bulk order. The sample lead time is 5-7 days after details are confirmed.
Q5: What are the accepted payment terms?
We accept TT payments. A 50% deposit is required after the PI is confirmed, and the remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipment.
Q6: Do you support OEM or ODM services?
Yes, both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services are highly welcomed.
